We seek a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with a proven track record of selling SAAS-based solutions, particularly within the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) domain. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales in the US market, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to US customers and working in the EST time zone.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by showcasing the benefits of the SAAS tool.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
