Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Conduct personalized counselling sessions to guide students
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or a post-graduate degree
  • Have 0–2 years of experience in sales or counselling
  • Demonstrate fluency in English and Kannada
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
