Inside Sales Specialist I FX & CFDs I Based in Hyderabad

You will be the proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist joining our client's expanding team in Hyderabad. Your strong communication skills and dedication to providing exceptional client support will be pivotal in driving sales performance and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include proactively engaging with existing and potential clients to promote and sell company services, maintaining ongoing communication with clients via phone, email, and chat, collaborating with the Sales and Support team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Additionally, you will provide prompt and professional assistance to clients and partners regarding company products and services, addressing financial and technical inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience, and creating clear instructions for clients and partners on service usage. Utilizing the CRM system (Salesforce), you will track client interactions and manage ongoing relationships, ensuring accurate documentation of all client communications and updates for seamless follow-ups. To excel in this role, you should be fluent in Hindi with strong English proficiency (B2 or higher), have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FX and CFDs brokerage or banking, possess excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset, and demonstrate a proactive and positive work approach with a desire for long-term collaboration.
