Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative with strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions to support our sales team, generate leads, and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B inside sales and a good understanding of infrastructure products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate infrastructure solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the sales and presales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing and solution details.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Exposure to OEMs like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, and other leading infrastructure vendors
Provide timely updates and reports on sales pipeline and closures.
