Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings for Sales Executives.
• Generate new leads through outbound activities including cold calling, outreach campaigns, and networking.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead-generation initiatives and provide insights on market response.
• Drive effective inside sales strategies to expand the sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CIO, etc.) to identify opportunities and support account expansion.
• Participate in lead nurturing activities and engage in strategic discussions with the marketing and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress through CRM and automation tools.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound IT sales (B2B).
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry landscape.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
