Job Description

As a Trainee Inside Sales in our Revenue Operations team, you will have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of international B2B sales and revenue enablement. Working closely with our Business Growth and Sales teams, you will play a vital role in identifying potential leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to our global business expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and identify potential business opportunities across target international markets. - Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital channels, email campaigns, and professional networks. - Assist in creating and maintaining prospect databases and CRM entries. - Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications. - Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align lead generation strategies. - Learn to analyze sales metrics and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. - Participate in product/service understanding sessions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. **Skills & Competencies:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is essential). - Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic understanding of IT services/products or willingness to learn quickly. - Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and team-oriented approach. **Educational Background:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). - MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing/International Business is an added advantage. In addition to the above, you will gain hands-on exposure to international inside sales and revenue operations, receive mentorship from industry professionals, follow a structured learning path to develop sales acumen, client handling, and CRM proficiency, and have the opportunity for performance-based career progression within Softnotions.
