Key Responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls to prospective B2B clients. Identify customer needs and offer suitable products and services. Develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing accounts. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Clearly communicate product value propositions and solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Inside Sales or Telesales Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Effective persuasion and objection-handling skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive Why Join Us?
