Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative - Intern located in Mysore. The Inside Sales Representative - Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining customer databases, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective clients, understanding their needs, scheduling appointments, assisting with training sessions, and managing sales documentation.

• Basic understanding of Sales principles and techniques
• Ability to assist with Training and Sales Management tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of motivation, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
