Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Officer to manage client interactions and drive lead conversions from our office. The role involves engaging prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp, explaining our investment platform, addressing queries, and assisting with onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective clients via phone calls and WhatsApp
Present platform features and recommend suitable investment options
Qualify leads, perform consistent follow-ups, and close sales
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
Interest in finance, investments, or mutual fund products
Confident, self-motivated, and diligent in follow-ups
Full-time, office-based role
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
