Opening for Inside sales Manager -INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION INDUSTRY Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales & Sales Coordination Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves both client-facing technical sales and backend coordination to support the overall sales cycle. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling leads, conducting initial client calls, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal technical teams, all while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales Responsibilities: Promote and demonstrate industrial automation products and services to potential customers. Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries. Conduct technical discussions and provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Prepare technical proposals, tenders, quotations, and product presentations. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients and conduct regular follow-ups. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent the company. Achieve or exceed sales targets and track key performance metrics. Required Skills & Knowledge • Sound understanding of Industrial Automation, Special Purpose Machines, EOAT, Pneumatic Equipment, and mechanical systems. • Knowledge of Automation/Robotic systems (ABB, KUKA, Omron, Fanuc, Delta, etc.) and controls like PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.). • Familiarity with applications like Pick & Place, Palletizing, End-of-Line Packaging, Machine Tending, Dispensing, and Machine Vision Systems. • Basic understanding of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital manufacturing software is a plus. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and report generation. • Strong communication, proposal drafting, and interpersonal skills.
