Inside Sales Intern

As a Career Counsellor at UNIVO Education, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards suitable undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Your primary responsibilities will include counselling students on various degree programs, providing insights on admission procedures, and converting leads into admissions. You will be expected to maintain records of leads, handle queries over telephone and online chat server, and collect feedback from participants to enhance services. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Your customer-centric mindset and ability to deliver exceptional services will be essential. As an effective administrator, you will record and maintain telephonic and walk-in interactions, while also demonstrating a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets. Being an influential personality with a keen understanding of the target audience, you will work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. This position offers a 3-month internship with a stipend of 18,000. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be considered for a full-time role with a CTC of 6 LPA, comprising 3.6 LPA as fixed salary and 2.4 LPA as incentives.
