Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern located in Kochi. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for managing inside sales activities, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
