Key Responsibilities


Lead Outreach:

  • Sales Ownership:

    Manage the full funnel — from first call to enrollment. Follow up, close, and deliver a great onboarding experience.
  • Program Pitching:

    Clearly explain Skillcase’s value — from learning German to working in Germany. Personalize based on the nurse’s current stage.
  • Targets & Tracking:

    Meet enrollment goals. Track lead status and maintain accuracy in CRM or Sheets.
  • Team Building:

    Help build playbooks, onboard new sales members, and shape the BD function as we grow.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (Edtech, Migration, Training, or Healthcare preferred)
  • Fluent in English; Kannada or Telugu preferred for Bangalore outreach
  • Confident phone communicator with consultative sales skills



 ✅ High ownership, proactive, and excited to work in a startup environment
