About the Role

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, nurture, and convert B2B inbound leads into customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and pipeline updates on Zoho CRM or equivalent tools.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable books or corporate solutions offered by Vibrant Publishers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order processing and customer onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a performance-driven approach.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead progress and conversions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum

    1 year of inside sales experience

    , preferably in B2B.
  • Strong verbal and written

    communication skills

  • Ability to handle prospects professionally and drive conversations toward conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM/sales tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
