Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales Executive | Symbionic | Chennai

Symbionic builds assistive devices that help people with upper-limb differences perform everyday activities with greater independence. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help interested customers understand our Krea Adaptive products and guide them from their first enquiry to purchase.

This role requires empathy, consistent follow-up and the ability to close sales. You should be comfortable speaking with customers and their families, understanding their needs and explaining products clearly.

What you’ll do

• Contact leads generated through our advertisements, website, referrals and outreach.
• Understand each customer’s needs, daily activities and purchase timeline.
• Explain product features, pricing and the purchase process through phone calls, WhatsApp and video calls.
• Arrange product demonstrations and coordinate with our prosthetist and technical team to assess suitability.
• Follow up consistently, address objections and convert qualified enquiries into purchases.
• Maintain accurate lead records, conversation notes and next steps in our CRM.
• Coordinate customer handovers for assessment, fitting and delivery.
• Work towards agreed targets for qualified conversations, demonstrations, conversions and revenue.
• Share customer feedback to improve our sales process and communication.

What we’re looking for

• Clear spoken Tamil and English. Hindi or other Indian languages are an advantage.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate respectfully with customers from different backgrounds.
• Confidence handling phone calls, video demonstrations and WhatsApp conversations.
• An organised approach to follow-ups and lead management.
• Comfort discussing pricing, handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Previous experience in inside sales, telesales or B2C sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and an aptitude for sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
