About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will engage with parents and students through Google Meet, explain our STEM-based learning programs for Grades 1 to 8, and guide them to enroll in our courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online counselling sessions with students and parents via Google Meet to present our educational programs and career pathways.
• Understand each student's academic background, career aspirations, and learning needs to recommend the most suitable STEM and technology-focused courses.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents by providing personalized guidance and addressing their queries with confidence.
• Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement and counselling to successful enrollment—ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently follow up with prospective leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
• Accurately update lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure effective pipeline management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position the company's programs.
• Deliver an exceptional counselling experience by maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory. Candidates with a background in Science, Electronics, or Engineering will be preferred.

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, or Telugu) are preferred.

 Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Business Development will be an added advantage.

 Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

 Ability to conduct virtual counselling sessions confidently and explain educational programs in a clear and engaging manner.

 Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed individual sales and enrollment goals.

 Good follow-up, objection-handling, and closing skills throughout the sales cycle.

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office is preferred.

 Quick learner with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
