Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly fluent English-speaking tele caller to generate qualified leads for our Salesforce services. This is a front-line sales role that involves calling potential clients, communicating DCC’s value proposition, and booking appointments for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce DCC’s Salesforce services
• Engage decision-makers in a professional and compelling manner
• Qualify prospects based on interest, fit, and business need
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM
• Follow up with leads via phone and email as required
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
• Confidence and clarity in speech with strong listening ability
• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Ability to grasp technical service offerings like Salesforce CRM
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• Prior experience in IT services or CRM-related calling (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
