Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations and strong proficiency in Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, and supporting the finance team in maintaining compliance and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally ERP
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation statements
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Generate GST reports and support in filing returns
• Maintain accurate records of petty cash and expense reimbursements
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory)
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
