Job Title: Inside Sales Executive– Salesforce Lead Generation Location: Kolkata (On-site) Experience Required: 0–1 year Role Overview: We are seeking a highly fluent English-speaking tele caller to generate qualified leads for our Salesforce services. This is a front-line sales role that involves calling potential clients, communicating DCC’s value proposition, and booking appointments for the business development team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce DCC’s Salesforce services Engage decision-makers in a professional and compelling manner Qualify prospects based on interest, fit, and business need Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team Maintain and update lead records in CRM Follow up with leads via phone and email as required Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred) Confidence and clarity in speech with strong listening ability 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation Ability to grasp technical service offerings like Salesforce CRM Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any stream) Prior experience in IT services or CRM-related calling (preferred but not mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Home Town: Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Tele Calling: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
