Inside Sales Executive/ Sales & Marketing Support

As an Inside Sales Executive at our Noida sector 62 location, you will play a vital role in our team's growth by building and maintaining a robust lead pipeline to achieve our business objectives and drive revenue. Your passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and determination to meet targets are what we are looking for in an ideal candidate. Your responsibilities will include researching, tracking, and updating the lead database regularly, making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities, qualifying leads through various channels, such as calls, emails, and social media outreach. Additionally, you will be conducting direct email marketing campaigns, customer and market research, client surveys, and participating in proposal and sales presentation preparation. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least 1 year of cold calling experience, and 1 year of sales or tele-sales experience. Experience in international sales processes, particularly in US/UK/AU/NZ markets, will be an advantage. Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or upselling will also be beneficial.
