Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive / Telecaller

Location: Talaghattapura, Bangalore
Experience: Real Estate experience preferred
Salary: 18000- 22,000 per month + 1% incentive on closures
Working Days: Monday to Saturday and Sunday working; Tuesday weekly off
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for serious, target-oriented candidates for a Real Estate Sales Executive / Telecaller position. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling customer calls, and the ability to convert leads into successful property deals. Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to prospective customers and leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and explain property details.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Generate leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Work towards achieving a minimum of 1 successful closure per month.
• Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up updates.
• Build positive customer relationships and support the complete sales process.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer queries.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to work in real estate sales.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain lead records.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, property telecalling, or lead conversion is preferred.

Salary and Incentives

• Fixed Salary: 18000 -22,000 per month.
• Incentive: Additional 1% incentive on closures, subject to the company's incentive policy.
• Target: Minimum 100 calls per day and 1 closure per month.
