Inside Sales Executive

• 2+ years of experience in international BPO.
• Basic awareness of Telesales/Inside sales/Telemarketing/Tele calling.
• Articulate & strong phone-verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
• Higher pay for callers who already dialled for UK Process - IVA/DMP.
• Enthusiastic to hit or exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent Convincing Power.
• Fair Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Obtaining Customer information in detail to generate the need.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to customers.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Keep an updated customer database.
• Upsell other products wherever possible.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Also, be well-read on the company’s services and possible FAQs on product-related answers.
