Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:

• Any Undergraduate (e.g., BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills
• Good decision-making ability
• Languages:
• Must know English and Hindi
• Knowledge of any one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Flexible to work a 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Available to work 6 days a week (weekday off)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
• Build and maintain client relationships through outbound calls
• Recommend suitable real estate solutions to prospects
• Follow up daily on previous leads and engage with new prospects
• Maintain high-quality service in accordance with organizational standards
• Display enthusiasm, professionalism, and a drive to achieve sales targets

Training:

• Comprehensive training will be provided during the initial days to familiarize new employees with the end-to-end sales process and platform.
