Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Any Undergraduate (e.g., BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills Good decision-making ability Languages: Must know English and Hindi Knowledge of any one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) preferred Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Flexible to work a 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Available to work 6 days a week (weekday off) Roles & Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and potential customers Build and maintain client relationships through outbound calls Recommend suitable real estate solutions to prospects Follow up daily on previous leads and engage with new prospects Maintain high-quality service in accordance with organizational standards Display enthusiasm, professionalism, and a drive to achieve sales targets Training: Comprehensive training will be provided during the initial days to familiarize new employees with the end-to-end sales process and platform.
