Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, take orders from existing customers, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will need to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing. Updating customer records and following up on orders when necessary will also be part of your role.
