Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client communication, and building long-term business relationships in the luxury jewellery sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage new leads and inquiries from domestic and international clients.

* Introduce the CDL FINESHINE brand and present product offerings effectively.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close orders.

* Coordinate with the internal design and production teams for customized client requirements.

* Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Track and record all client interactions, orders, and follow-ups in Excel.

* Meet monthly sales and follow-up targets to support business growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Good drafting skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry.

* Ability to work independently with a disciplined and proactive approach.

* Prior experience in jewellery, luxury products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
