Job Description: As an Inside Sales Executive at Logicloop, you will play a crucial role in the lead generation process, conducting sales calls, managing customer relationships, and ultimately closing sales deals. Your daily responsibilities will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed information about our digital marketing services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups. To excel in this role, you will need to leverage your experience in Inside Sales, Digital Sales, and Lead Generation. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills will be vital in building strong relationships with clients. A track record of achieving sales targets, coupled with strong sales acumen, will be key to your success. While you will have the autonomy to work independently, collaboration with the team will also be essential. Therefore, your ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team will be crucial in meeting our sales objectives. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this role. Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
