Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: In-office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for our language training and immigration programs.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate guidance about our services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high client satisfaction rate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales (experience in the Immigration or Study Abroad industry preferred).
• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Good command over MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
