As an Inside Sales Executive (Cold Calling) at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting up qualified appointments for the business team. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound cold calls to potential leads from the database or CRM - Introducing the company's products/services and explaining their value proposition - Identifying decision-makers and qualifying leads based on defined criteria - Maintaining call logs and updating lead status regularly in the system - Scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the business/sales team - Achieving or exceeding daily and monthly call and lead generation targets - Handling initial customer queries and objections professionally - Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales activities To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline - 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or cold calling (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply) This is a full-time position with day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
