Job Description

You are a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive (Cold Calling) who will be an integral part of the growing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by making outbound cold calls to potential customers. You will need to understand their needs, introduce the company's products/services, and explain the value proposition effectively. Additionally, you will be required to identify decision-makers, qualify leads based on defined criteria, and maintain detailed call logs in the system. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the business/sales team, achieving or exceeding daily and monthly call and lead generation targets, handling initial customer queries and objections professionally, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of HSC/Graduate in any discipline and at least 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or cold calling. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in person.
