Job Description (English):

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team at CliniLaunch, Mysore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads, counseling students on clinical research and healthcare courses, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel prospective students about courses and enrollment.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation.
• Provide detailed information about our Clinical Research and Life Sciences programs.

Requirements:

• Any graduate (Life Science background preferred).
• 1+ years of inside sales or tele-counseling experience (EdTech preferred).
• Fluent in English, Kannada, Marathi, and any South Indian language.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with target-based roles.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
