Job Description

With a focus on serving top manufacturers in industries such as earthmoving, agriculture, oil & gas, and vehicles, we offer innovative quick disconnect solutions designed to meet diverse application requirements. All our products are manufactured in Italy using certified raw materials and advanced engineering expertise, ensuring exceptional quality through rigorous testing processes. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, supporting external sales teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. We are looking for a candidate with engineering expertise, strong knowledge of CX and CRM tools, and experience working in an MNC environment. Key Duties: - Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation). - Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and process purchase orders. - Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively. - Update customer interactions in the CRM system to track sales activities and provide insights to the external sales team. - Work closely with the external sales team to provide back-end support, assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Import documentation and GST handling. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). - Hands-on experience in CX and CRM tools for managing customer relationships. - Experience working in an MNC environment with cross-functional coordination. - Ability to handle Import documentation and GST.
