Inside Sales Executive

Your role will involve managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, supporting external sales teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. We are looking for a candidate with engineering expertise, strong knowledge of CX and CRM tools, and experience working in an MNC environment. Key Duties: - Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation). - Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and process purchase orders. - Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively. - Update customer interactions in the CRM system to track sales activities and provide insights to the external sales team. - Work closely with the external sales team to provide back-end support, assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Import documentation and GST handling. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). - Hands-on experience in CX and CRM tools for managing customer relationships. - Experience working in an MNC environment with cross-functional coordination. - Ability to handle Import documentation and GST.
