About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to B2C leads via inbound queries, cold calls, and digital platforms
  • Educate customers (homeowners, vehicle owners, businesses) about HEATCURE's benefits
  • Convert interest into demos or direct sales appointments
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site visits or virtual consultations
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate sales logs and share performance reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2C inside sales (home solutions, energy-saving products preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to convince, handle objections, and close deals independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead management platforms
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on phone/video calls
