Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your role will involve generating automobile spare part and lubricants requirements from garages and retailers. You will be responsible for cold calling prospective customers, visiting customers in the field across Maharashtra, and onboarding them as retail store customers, channel partners, or franchise partners. Your main focus will be on building the channel sales of the company through business partnerships, ensuring sales of both genuine spare parts and company-branded lubricants. It will be essential to consistently achieve monthly targets to qualify for incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Generate automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from garages / retailers - Conduct cold calling to prospective customers - Visit customers in the field across Maharashtra as required - Onboard customers as retail store customers, channel partners, or franchise partners - Build the channel sales of the company through business partnerships - Focus on sales of both genuine spare parts and company-branded lubricants - Consistently achieve monthly targets and qualify for incentives Qualifications Required: - Graduate from any field; MBA would be an added advantage - Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales - Technical knowledge about car spare parts, both genuine and aftermarket - Willingness to visit the field for generating sales for a minimum of 15 days in a month - Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages Please note that the work location is in person, based in Pune. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts. Benefits include Provident Fund.
