Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, assisting customers with forex-related services, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and an understanding of foreign exchange products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist customers.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients from markets through outbound or inbound calls, emails, and online channels.
• Provide accurate information about currency exchange, remittances, and forex cards.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable forex solutions.
• Convert leads into sales by offering competitive forex rates and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years in any sales like, Inside sales, customer service, or financial sales.
• Skills Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in forex, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
