Our platform delivers people & vehicle analytics, SOP/compliance monitoring, and operational insights—on edge devices (e.g., Jetson) and in the cloud.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication skills, eager to learn, and capable of confidently engaging with C-level executives & other relevant decision makers. This role involves lead qualification, demo setting, requirement gathering, and supporting the sales cycle through effective follow-ups and quotation preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
  • Pitch our product/services effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
  • Perform regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and progress leads through the pipeline.
  • Gather client requirements and map them to the appropriate product/service offerings.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or related roles (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to handle conversations with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a target-driven environment.

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical or product concepts.
  • Confident, energetic, and persistent in follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
