Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations for industrial valves (Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Plug, etc.). The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing. A strong technical understanding of valve products and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries (email, calls, online portals) and provide timely responses.

• Understand customer technical requirements and suggest suitable valve solutions.

• Prepare and send technical-commercial offers, quotes, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and quality departments to ensure accurate information and timelines.

• Maintain CRM or enquiry trackers for quotation status, customer interactions, and order follow-ups.

• Support tender documentation, pre-qualification documents, and customer portals.

• Assist in the post-order documentation process, like purchase order review, order acknowledgment, and dispatch tracking.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of valves (Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Plug, etc.).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), knowledge of ERP or CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the valve or industrial equipment sector.

• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and interest in industrial sales may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,762.28 - ₹25,000.00 per month
