Core Responsibilities
• Source quotations from approved vendors and manufacturers
• Review vendor offers for technical compliance against customer specifications
• Prepare accurate DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) costings, including freight, duties, taxes, and all associated charges
• Compare multiple vendor quotations on technical and commercial grounds
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or deviations in vendor offers and resolve them
• Ensure zero-error costing before submission
• Submit finalized techno-commercial evaluations to the sales support team for customer quotation
