Inside Sales Executive
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekday off)
Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience: 0 - 4 years
Education: Minimum HSC / Undergraduate (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with purchases
- Follow up on new leads and drive assisted sales over the phone
- Provide accurate product information and guide buyers
- Ensure high call conversion rates and meet sales targets
- Maintain excellent call quality and communication standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written - no grammar issues)
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
- Strong interest and intent to work in a sales role
- Basic computer proficiency
- Training on products and sales tools will be provided
