Role Overview:

Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students (via calls, emails, and virtual meetings) about internship programs based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
  • Understand and explain the value of programs like Prompt Engineering, AI, and Data Analytics to students and institutions.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student data, communication logs, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Build relationships with colleges and universities for campus outreach and tie-ups.
  • Assist in planning and executing webinars, academic events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the student experience.
  • Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and outreach.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related domains).
  • 03 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or EdTech preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Passion for education and technology with a student-first approach.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, or educational platforms is a plus.
