We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. The role involves engaging with students, parents, and working professionals over phone calls, identifying their learning requirements, and converting leads into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Counsel students/parents/professionals on educational programs and recommend suitable courses. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales. Handle customer objections, answer queries, and ensure high conversion rates. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance student experience. Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Education-related fields). Experience: 0–3 years in tel-esales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in EdTech). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
