As a part of the Inside Sales / Business Development team, your role will be crucial in converting leads into meaningful business relationships. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with inbound leads, conducting outbound calls and emails to source new business opportunities, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions using the trade analytics platform, qualifying opportunities, scheduling online product demonstrations/meetings, collaborating with other teams, and monitoring competitive offerings and industry trends to support positioning and messaging.
