Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for lead generation by identifying potential customers through outbound efforts such as cold calls and emails, as well as responding to inbound inquiries. Additionally, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build rapport to foster long-term relationships. You will also manage the sales cycle by guiding prospects through the entire process, from initial contact to closing the sale. It will be important for you to develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
