Job Description:- Key Requirements: Freshers - 6 years of Inside Sales / Tele Sales or Customer support ( Outbound ) experience. Education Qualification - Clinical/Medical Background(Advantage) OR Any Graduation Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi. Good interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. An Excellent Team player. Excellent selling and negotiation skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Knowledge of MS office. Key Responsibilities: Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy. Following up with them and converting them into leads. Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information. Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve sales targets. Achieve talk time target
