As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers, build
relationships, and convert leads into sales. You’ll work closely with our dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads list.
2. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and determining if they meet the criteria for our ideal customer profile.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and leading qualification activities in the CRM system.
4. Provide detailed and concise lead information to senior sales executives, ensuring a smooth handoff for further sales engagement.
5. Follow up with prospects as required to gather additional information or address any queries.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced sales environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn.
8. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
9. A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
