Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound channels. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a determination to meet set targets. Your duties will involve conducting outbound calls, following up on inbound inquiries to generate leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable products or services. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate client information, schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, and develop robust relationships with potential and existing clients. It is essential to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. To qualify for this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Furthermore, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to handle rejection positively, maintain high levels of motivation, strong organizational skills, and effective time management are essential.
