Inside Sales Associate - Edtech

The Inside Sales Associate position is based in Kochi, Kerala and falls under the EdTech/Online Learning Platform industry. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of clients and recommend appropriate learning solutions using a consultative selling approach. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team for lead follow-up are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales, preferably in the EdTech industry. Fluency in Malayalam and excellent communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM tools, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively are also required.
