Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our U.S.-based real estate team. This role involves high-volume outbound calling to generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with industry partners.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience, preferably in the real estate field, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote, full-time position that requires working U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to prospective clients including:
• Homeowners (buyers, sellers, expired listings, FSBOs)
• Industry partners (attorneys, vendors, lenders, bankers, etc.)
• Engage leads in conversation to qualify motivation, timeline, and interest in real estate services.
• Set appointments for real estate agents and team leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business contacts such as attorneys, vendors, and referral partners.
• Manage all communication and lead data in the CRM system with detailed and accurate notes.
• Follow up consistently via calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads and partner connections.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call, lead, and appointment goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
• Experience calling or networking with attorneys, lenders, vendors, or business professionals is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and organized; able to manage data and follow-up systems effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, etc.) preferred.
• Must have a stable internet connection, a reliable computer/headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Available to work U.S. time zones (EST/PST/HST).
