1 Lead Generation & Prospecting – Research and identify potential clients; execute targeted inbound and outbound calls and emails to qualify leads
2 Opportunity Management – Track and manage sales opportunities in the CRM; update statuses, next steps, and stakeholder information3 Sales Presentations & Demonstrations – Develop and deliver customized product/service demos and proposals to address client needs4 Pipeline & Forecasting – Maintain an accurate sales pipeline; prepare and submit weekly and monthly forecasts and performance reports5 Account Development – Nurture relationships with existing customers; uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth6 Contract Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare quotes and agreements; close deals to achieve sales targets7 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
