About the company:

Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering kids (ages 514) worldwide through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.

Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai

Working days- 6 days

Working hours - 11am - 8pm

Work setup- In office

NOTE - Sunday will be working and any other weekday will be given a week off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads from our database through chat, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Keep the CRM system updated regularly to ensure accurate lead tracking.
  • Handle and follow up on leads effectively to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close business deals in line with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and customer-focused sales process.
